"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. Drinks are very expensive for Vietnam and almost Australian Prices. La Regina doesn’t have a pool and you have to pay 1M to use the jacuzzi for an hour Which is severely overpriced BUT The staff were amazing, Nick and Patrick made the stay well worth it. They get an exceptional rating for service but the boat and the good lack lustre"

"The staff and manager at this hotel are beyond expectations, very friendly, so helpful and kind. The pool is absolutely amazing. It’s a five minute free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes.
