Staff speak broken English - it could be better. To avoid waste they keep toiletries in the lobby which I liked. "

"Great for 1-2 night stay. Good location. Easy access to monorail and train. Walking distance to Ariake Garden shopping mall. A few stops away from Daiba. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Hotel has a lawsons on the 2nd floor. Overall good facilities and room amenities but room 922 is a little run down and needs updating. Also this was a non smoking room and it had smoke smell. Needed to keep both ac and fan to air it out. "
