"IlWe went in the office season and literally had the entire house to ourselves. We had our own designated room but all the other guest rooms were open and it felt like being in a home and not a hotel. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and nice pillows. Every room has a gas fireplace to provide heat. The whirlpool tub was outstanding. Breakfast was included and some of the best food I have had. So much good, we never went away hungry. "We spent a day on the porch at Marvin Gardens Cabin with a view of the Mississippi River. It was a great and relaxing day!"

"Overall, I would recommend Longhollow Suite 1321. A few things future guests should know: 1) This studio is located inside a Wyndham property called WorldMark, but it is managed/rented by Rosebud Rentals. If you have an issue with the studio while staying there, you have to call Rosebud Rentals for assistance, not the front desk of the property. 2) The valley view from the window/balcony is lovely. 3) The bed was not great. It sounded and felt like we were sleeping on a semi-deflated air...

As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily. "My wife and I truly loved staying at the Aldrich House. The service was top notch!! Great conversations, great breakfast! Very clean and tidy! Owners went over and above to please. Also had a great happy hour in screen porch area. Richard and Douglas were the Bomb!! Would definitely like to do again soon."
