They need more staff. For the price you shouldn't need to have to ask for more towels, or request housekeeping. They only had 1 person working breakfast on a Sunday when everyone is checking out of the place. The help was doing their best to keep up. Either lower the price or hire more help.

I did not like how far I had to walk. I am a disabled vet and walking is not easy for me. That was a long hallway. I did not like the $35 fee for incidentals. Be up front about that at time of booking.

I was not happy when I first got there. They changed our room without asking a day before we checked in with out notifying us first. I walked into two queens instead of a king bed! When I went down and complained about the change of room they said there was nothing they could do because they overbooked on king rooms. The manager would not be in till the next morning. So she told me that there were no rooms left to change it too. I talked to the manager the next morning and she said she would give me reward points but will take up two 2 days to see it. I asked how many points she said she was not sure. I asked how does the points work she was not sure!!!! She told me since Expedia was a third party that we were low priority compared to the other guests even though I’m a rewards member! She also told me that they couldn’t get a hold of me but I told since I’m a rewards member that they had my number to call me. Then she back peddled and then said they dropped the ball.So if you go through Expedia your reservation doesn’t mean anything!!!! I’m not very happy, at least call me and tell me that you’re changing my room and it should not matter if I used a third party booking either! It’s not Expedia fault. It’s the hotel fault.
