"We had a lovely time staying at the Inn. Grace, our host, was fun to talk to and the room and bed were both very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the little touches around the property, especially the night lighting, as well as the full service breakfasts. The B&B is a bit far from the local attractions, but it does make for a good central location for day excursions. Would recommend!"

"This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. "This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people. All 3 bedrooms had very worn out mattresses. The sleeper sofa was missing springs. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor and an air mattress we purchased. There was not enough dinnerware and silverware for 8 people. The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking. The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs...

"Beautiful & scenic views, pool was refreshing, Complimentary wine was unexpected, Dwayne was helpful & breakfast was delicious & made to order by Rick! "We were lucky enough to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck almost every night of our stay. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. One small suggestion would be to have some privacy curtains or blinds on the master bedroom sliding doors. Otherwise, a beautiful home where the deer liked to come and hang out in the front yard at night!"

"This hidden gem resort is a relxing getaway. Remote in that it takes about 20 mins to get to a grocery store, but close enough (30 mins) to lively Chincoteague. Enjoyed pur place so much. Very clean, fresh, new finishes & touches on this home. The porch is gorgeous. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking items. The home is newly remodeled. Both bathroom are a little small. The only minor "complaints" are: only 1 TV in the whole house (in the living room), no full size mirror, the on suite...
