"The property itself was very clean and the service was great. Anytime we needed something, the staff would always be very responsive. The only issue I would say we faced was that there was no air conditioning in the facility. We were there at an interesting time in the fall, so some days were hot, some days were colder. However, the staff provided us with multiple fans and we made it work! The breakfast was GREAT! Definitely worth to stay again!"

"Great location. Property is well maintained. Could use more washers and driers. Also, the driers take twice as long as your at home driers, so plan for a few extra HOURS if you use them."

"Hotel was within 10 minutes distance from train station and we could walk to all the attractions in Lucerne by foot although you can board buses in zone 10 for free when the hotel registers you. Excellent breakfast. My only complaint is the TV was mounted high up touching ceiling so you could only watch it lying down unless you want a sore neck. "
