"Good location for travel around Switzerland as close to train station and trains leave/arrive regularly. Room was a little noisy when room above moved around early in the morning. Staff were helpful and courteous. Make sure to do Mt Pilates!"

"Hotel was good but walls were extremely thin. We could hear road noise (not a busy main road) and outside chatter all evening. We could also hear other couples all night and bathroom pipes from other rooms."

"It’s very near to Lucerne Train station, making it a very good base to explore switzerland. It’s near to the lake Lucerne where u can take a ferry or a leisure walk around. There’s a Losteria restaurant (pizza and pasta) within 5 mins walk. The room is spacious and amentities are well stock. The room service menu are reasonably priced and tasty. Will stay here again when visiting Lucerne. "
