"Good sized family room with comfortable beds and well stocked tea/coffee. Very friendly staff. Fantastic pool, sauna and fully equipped gym with sensible, early morning to late evening opening times. Didn’t use dining facilities as there is so much choice in Brighton. "

"The lift has been out of action for some time due to a major fault , we were e mailed twice before our arrival to warn us of this. Brilliant communication , as we both are able bodied it was not an issue , as we were on the 5th floor the manager insisted he took our luggage up to the room and apologised about the lift issue which we already knew . A very nice breakfast, we will stay there again."

"Lovely welcome at reception. Spacious bedroom, gorgeous bathroom with free standing bath and separate large shower enclosure . Stylish restaurant with table service at breakfast. I can recommend the Eggs Royale."

"Noise all night, No Sleep. Windows rattling, doors banging because they don’t fit properly. Just awful. Bed not comfortable and only one pillow per person. Very disappointing. "
