"We just needed a long weekend away from the snow!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities offered. We rode bikes to breakfast. We kayaked on the canal. We fished off the back of the houseboat. And I caught one!! We swam every day and had breakfast every morning. All!! Included!!! That really meant a lot Bonus: the trolley stop is right down the street and it costs a dollar a day to hop on and hop off to the beach and entertainment! Nice outdoor furniture. Even a bbq grill. And a nice restaurant next door. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We WILL be back. Thank you "

"Great stay! Even with some construction still under way, everything was mostly quiet. The staff, the food, and room was great. Everything is walkable with multiple restaurants to choose from. So happy to see things coming back alive in FMB! "

"Proximity to beach, room was perfect for two which was a King studio. Will be great when island view roof top opens. All extra charges a bit much for beach chairs etc but discount nice. Lady at Graces treated me poorly, every morning i would go for 2 large coffees and felt it was an issue to get served on my last day i did the same 2 large coffees, while she was filling my cups a 2nd guy came up and ordered 2 large coffees, she said here you go giving hom mine, the gentleman said are you sure these are mine while i stood there between them she said yes, he knew theu weren't but she emphasize they were. So i had to wait while she took care of him to get my coffees. Typically when im treated poorly i would say something, this tome i didn't and even tip her. But i told my wife i should go back and asked her why? I didnt, she was training someone also. Tempted to send her name. Disappointed guest."

"Clean and close to the beach & restaurants! It’s also right on the bus line which is super convenient. "

"We loved the location & it was so quiet no matter the time of day. We were able to check in early without even asking which was great. & the restaurant is so good. The big thing we weren’t happy about was the pool hot tub closing at 8pm when it was even still light outside. We really just wanted to relax in the hot tub after a long day and we couldn’t so it ruined the nights for sure. "
