"I don’t like the fact that I was charged extra because I checked in after 3pm on my arrival date. Had I known that I would be charged a little over half of my total amount for the full 3 days for a 4 hour late check in maybe I would’ve found some place else to sleep for the night and then checked in the next day! Very upsetting to see a second large charge on my account causing me to be able to do everything that I needed for my Grandson while I was with him."

"Excellent hotel and location. 5 to 10 minute walk to most things. Super easy to navigate from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful. Rooms are comfortable, and have lots of space. Couple cons (nothing major) - 1. Water Pressure not the greatest… but manageable 2. Elevators always smelled like fried chicken… not great in the morning 3. Room cleaning seemed to be late in the day And for this specific trip - pool was closed. We booked early, but got a message 2 weeks out that...

"Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room and lobby were clean. Breakfast was a nice treat. Very good choice for us as first time visitors to downtown Nashville. "

"We had an excellent stay and I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom had the previous occupant’s hairs. When I called to alert housekeeping of it, they were sympathetic and came to clean but somehow still didn’t clean the bathroom. In the end, I had to look at the other person’s hairs on the shower wall every time I used it. Other than that, the place was amazing. "
