"Staff is wonderful! The bar and restaurant are expensive, but that is expected in this location. The hotel is promoted as having a walkway to terminal 2 and 3 at Heathrow. This is correct but be aware that getting to terminal 3 is a bit confusing (the directions provided had incorrect images and text directions not clear) and a much longer walk to terminal 3 than expected. "DeVere Wokefield exceeded our expectations considerably. We upgraded to a room in the Mansion House and the view from the window was beautiful.
