"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"Couldn’t be more convenient for Heathrow, Terminal 3, as situated in the arrivals hall. I’ve read negative feedback re windowless rooms and if you’re claustrophobic, then you mind find them a challenge as they are small too. However, the hotel is designed for an overnight stay, ahead of, or after a long flight and there are security issues which preclude windows. So if you’re looking for a week’s stay with sea view… Check in was easy, nice staff and despite size, you have a great king bed, decent shower and tea/coffee making stuff. Small lounge on 2nd floor, empty when we stayed, looks limited for food and drink. Best nip over to M&S food in Arrivals, or go walk about outside if you really want something more lavish. Moderately priced. Top marks."

"Amazing hotel for families! So much detail into decorating, the rooms were themed fantastically - our little girl loves the treasure hunt within the room, excellent added touch! Staff were brilliant and very helpful! Food was over priced and breakfast was ridiculously busy with not enough staff to mange but that was the only thing letting the hotel down! "
