"Staff were friendly, really helpful. We come to Cirencester once a month and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful, beds are comfortable and it’s really clean, we always have breakfast, which is amazing."

"Hotel and our room were clean albeit a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC. We have a dog and this hotel is very dog friendly, ate an excellent meal in the bar in the evening and a nice breakfast in the dining room. Staff were excellent throughout, only downfall was the road up to the car park through an archway and then a very bendy narrow road upwards and the car park itself which could be challenging for some. "

"A great place to stay in Central Oxford for a weekend, plus we needed to drop off luggage early and the contact was very helpful. Note that the hotel is unstaffed for large parts of the time, also being central it was quite noisy at night, but very cosy and clean. "
