"Wonderful apartments and lovely staff just a pity about the uncomfortable beds. The apartments are wonderful and staff can not support enough, all the facilities you would need, would be a little warm in the summer as fan only but perfect for the winter temperatures. Lovely bar and restaurant onsite and great all round facilities. "We loved the property and the service. Location for us was good as we wanted something quieter than the usual crowded areas further south. However, it is a windy area of the island, still warm, but we had 3 days of strong winds. We used a car to explore the island on these days"

"This hotel is a little gem, steeped in history and very central. The internal lounge area with it's palms and exotic plants is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel so long as you are not looking for luxury. There are lovely views from many rooms and the pool is good. Shame they don't offer tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Fixtures and fittings are sadly just looking a bit tired."

The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. "I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport.
