"We stayed for 2 nights. The ocean facing room is beautiful and traditionally old fashioned in a large Canarian town house which conveniently has a patisserie within the inner courtyard. Swimming areas are also a short walk away. The friendly owners made sure we had everything that we required on check in."

"Our second visit to the property was beautiful and peaceful as before. I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned after10am allowing time to shower, enjoy breakfast and to tidy away our personal belongings for the cleaner. We particularly liked the pretty setting and the authentic Canarian country house atmosphere. The tea and coffee facilities available to guests was really helpful too."

The host was very responsive and helpful for local tips/suggestions. The bedrooms are very cozy as well! "Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!"

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room with a view and a balcony. Generous size with a couch and huge bed. Safe in the room with the lock for your personal belongings. Daily thorough house cleaning in the room would’ve appreciated. Sheets changed more often. Towels changed daily. Body soap and shampoo conditioner included."

"The Director and the other executive staff were very professional, polite And friendly!! The food was delicious. We were very impressed with their positive attitude. We stayed in for three weeks. it was our second time in Silken Hotel . Tenerife. We hardly recommend it to everyone!!"

"The staff were great, whenever I reached out to them with a question or something that needed their attention they were prompt in helping me out. The room I stayed was in great condition clean with all the amenities I was expecting. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "
