"Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "

"Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. "Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "Das Hotel ist ein grosses, ehrwürdiges Gebäude mit Balkonen auf den schönen Garten und Pool. Schwimmen im Spa kostet für 1.5 Std. zusätzlich 20 Euros. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist nicht sehr modern. Die Holzläden kann man nicht ganz öffnen, deshalb ist es im Zimmer etwas dunkel. Die Beleuchtung ist knapp. Das Hotel ist nah bei einem Park etwas oberhalb von der Einkaufsstrasse und mit Bushaltestelle. Das Auto parkt man am besten in der Tiefgarage für 12 Euros...

"The Hotel amenities were superb. The room was clean, and they kept it clean every day. The all inclusive is good, but the variety of food could be better. "Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."

"The hotel was redeveloped in 2024 and is bright and modern. Staff, especially housekeeping (daily) were wonderful. However, we had issues with noise from neighbouring rooms. "I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe.
