"Staff very nice and helpful, allowed us to access room to change for a wedding event happening very close, actually walk from within the property. Rooms are OK a bit outdated but very spacious. At bathroom you can hear other rooms which is awkward. Overall good stay. "

I got a massage, and was refunded when I was given the wrong treatment from what I had ordered and paid for. The massage was just ok, so I wouldn’t get that service there, but other than that, everyone was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated the staff’s attention. "

"The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a...
