"A pesar de la "reservación sin costo" de Expedia, me indicaron un día antes que teniamos que apartar pagando la mitad de la habitación o no se nos tomaría en cuenta, CON TODO Y ESO, indicamos que nuestra llegada sería tarde y aún así nos asignaron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado, argumentando que "fuimos los últimos en llegar y era la que quedaba"..." tienen habitación, ¿no? No le veo el problema", expresó el dueño. Horrible estar reservando previamente para llegar a lidiar...
