"Receptionist immediately sorted different room for us as one of us has mobility problems. There is no lift. Staff in general are outstanding, as mentioned in other reviews. Special mention of Lennon in the bar who on a very busy night (there was a birthday party being held in annex) who was so efficient and pleasant. We were there for a couple of nights visiting family. Will definitely be back."

"Nice hotel have stayed before but in the main building. The room we stayed in is overdue for a re vamp as the wallpaper was peeling off and badly marked and the bath panel needed replacing both of which I advised to reception."

This was quite hard to find, as you have to turn down a steep left turn, then along a ropey looking high street, then take the second right, first left and then it on the right.
