"We loved the convenience of using the Pod to get to Terminal 5 and the easy car parking The restaurant and deck with a view of planes landing was excellent and a lovely spot to enjoy a drink on a summer evening. We ate in the restaurant and our meals were tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was the room (deluxe twin) was very very small. We were ok as we only had two small overnight bags but anyone with large luggage would struggle."

"I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at ibis Heathrow. The staff was welcoming and friendly, even offered me an early check in at no cost for registering in their membership, which was immensely helpful. The facilities are new and clean, rooms are smaller but efficient. The hotel bar and restaurant offers great selection of food and drinks, while I didn’t try food at the restaurant, it was always packed in the evenings and the atmosphere was great. Overall very satisfied with my stay! "

"As a repeat visitor, I find that the establishment continues to maintain its standards. Spotlessly clean and perfectly located 4 minutes from the central line. 3 minutes by train to the transit nervecenter of Paddington. Only area of improvement: no complimentary bottles of water in the rooms."

"I had a single room with a small double bed, desk area and chair. There was not much space around the bed, but it was exactly what I expected for the money I paid. the bathroom was a good size for one person. Both rooms were very clean. Although most toiletries were in refillable bottles the hand soap was paper wrapped and consequently wasteful as I did not use much of it (I suppose guests could take it home!). Toiletries were of an excellent quality. It would have been nice to have some...

"The hotel provided everything that my stay required and more. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, especially for the price. The hotels location is close to multiple bus stops, underground, and overground train stations that will take you throughout the city. If ever traveling to London again I’d gladly stay here again. "
