"This hotel was amazing. Very classy, clean & the rooms are not closet sized which I find too often is the case in London. The bed was an American full size bed & the room was great. Walk in shower was clean & modern. There is a nice nook with a small fridge, water, a kettle, tea-bags & coffee pods for the nespresso type machine. It was all great. My only complaint is there were not enough hangers for my clothes. Great place to stay. Close to Buckingham Palace & literally steps from Victoria Rail Station and the Victoria line tube. "

"This hotel is over my expectations. I was expecting a normal standar hotel, what I found was a very high standar hotel. I felt like a celebrity regarding the service, food amd attention. Definitely recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in London"
