"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints."
