"I booked with Expedia and the rate paid was not honored once I arrived at the front desk. I was highly disappointed as the hotel staff made me wait four hours with my two kids and elderly father. And only allowed me to check in after having me pay an additional amount outside of what was agreed booking through Expedia. This was fraud."

"We finished a week of vacation at this resort and we had a fantastic time. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. We were greeted immediately by Holly who showed us around and to our room. Her excitement for our vacation set everything off on the right foot! We were able to eat at a la carte every night (we booked 5) and they were all delicious. There are several buffets and they are all clean and there was a huge variety of food. The room service 24/7 was also a nice bonus. The spa was very nice and relaxing - thank you Shaday and Tearda for your time. You were great. Always a chair to sit by the pool or beach. The shows every night were great and the entertainment team makes it easy to meet people. Thank you for a great vacation."

"Before booking I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant. Let me tell you how my stay was amazing! I travelled with my hubby and 2 young kids (8 and 12). The staff were super helpful and accommodating( Benton was the best). Room was perfect for my small family. AC✅ kitchen✅ pool✅ Keep in mind that there aren’t a lot of options for food( you have to go out to buy) or cook your own as you have a full kitchen and pots and pans to use! Location is perfect ( in ochi) I walked to buy food sometimes. The resort is a little dated but for the value it’s more than worth it. My family and I will definitely book again. "First and foremost our stay here was beyond 5 stars. The staff was incredible. We’d like to give a shout out to the employees that made our stay truly one to remember. First up the Kingston Swim up bar crew. Major shout out to Cornel, Antonel, Tricia, Burton, Judy Ann, Tyrese, Menzie, Jenell, Cadrena, and Andre!!! They made our pool experience so magical and provided top of the line services! Next up, the beach servers Calvin and Edward - they never left us dehydrated on the beach!! Next shoutout goes to our favorite lifeguards, Kevin and Clayton - thank you for always being on duty and watching over us as we splashed around in the pool! The entertainment team was 20/10 HUGE shoutout to Toolsie (aka Rooster). This guy is truly one of a kind and never stopped making everyone smile and getting everyone involved in the events. He is a star! Shoutouts to all the girls and Miguel as well!!! The buffet was amazing and we wanted to also shout out our girl Champagne who made our dining so memorable, she even took the time to walk us out on our last day.
