"The hotel is close to shopping and major activities. The property is cleaning and safe. The laundry at site is convenient. Overall, it was good stay. "

"The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic. "

Also, I think the direct connection to the Canal City Hakata and the accessibility to the Kushida Shrine Station are also advantages of this accommodation. One disappointment was that the smell of tobacco from the smoking room in the hotel lobby spread throughout the lobby, which was quite disappointing."

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to change room."
