"Room was really clean. They had a bus going downtown that was really convienant. Hotel was easy to get to and parking felt safe."

"Biggest complaint was the bed. Being short, the bed was so high it was difficult getting in to the bed. It was also the noisiest bed of any hotel I have ever slept in. Each time you moved during the night the noise was so loud it could have awakened the people in the room next door. The mattress sat on a wooden frame and it sounded like the wood was cracking. Could not get a good nights sleep!"

"We were on the ground floor and it was hard to sleep because at 2am the roosters were cocka doodling. But we understand that can’t be helped. We liked our stay very much and when we return another time we will request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and see if that would be better. We talked to people that stayed on the 4th floor and they didn’t hear the roosters😀"

"Both of the guys at the front desk were very friendly (the girl not so much). Smooth check-in and a nice continental breakfast that was included. Two nice pools and jacuzzi. I love the garden and pool area. The front room with the bunkbeds was a bit bleak, but at least the room was clean. "

"Great Location. Staff was helpful and offered great recommendations. Rooms need alot more lighting, it was very dark in our room when the curtains were drawn. Unlimited free waterbottles at the front desk. Free breakfast was good. When stayed in a wheelchair accessible room we took a shower the floor flooded with water, needs better drainage. "We enjoyed our stay here. It was far enough away from the city central, that is was very quiet at night, the area was well lit & felt safe, and the grounds/rooms were clean. The breakfasts were hot and had a good variety. The hotel offered rides to/from Mallory SQ area, and that was included and very convenient. The Hop-on-Hop-off trolley (a separate company & NOT included) has a stop at this hotel, so that was a good option to get a tour and not have to drive in-town."
