"Nice room with a great view. Convenient parking. Pool was nice but chairs were very close together. Phone did not work in our room, but no big deal. Maintenance request for phone and non-functional lamp was prompt, friendly and efficient. Overall great experience. "

"If you want both beach and pool options, this is a great location. Although the beach isn’t part of the hotel property and is open to the public, it’s a 2-minute walk from the hotel and is pretty nice. If you want a nicer beach, 5 minutes down the road to the south is a nicer and larger beach with parking. The staff here are great and do all they can to make you really feel like you are on vacation. The rooms are adequate, a little dated, but you won’t spend much time in the room anyway. The front desk and concierge are very friendly and helpful in suggestions for dinner or excursions. There is a free airport and downtown shuttle. It’s packed so arrive early! The pool is perfect for relaxing and meeting people from all over. While we were there the jacuzzi was out of service and construction on it was being done. A little annoying, but not a big deal. The restaurant stays busy, and service is a little slow, perhaps due to staffing issues. But just enjoy the nice pool view and don’t stress about it. We never had an issue with finding parking, even arriving back later in the evening. I would stay here again when we return to Key West. "

"This place is breathtaking! I definitely recommend staying here. The view from the pool is gorgeous. The front desk staff and everyone I have come in to contact with while here was so polite and helpful. It’s very convenient that if I have any questions at all, I just messaged them and they reply super quick and are readily available.My daughter left behind an irreplaceable treasure doll of hers and they are doing everything they can to make sure my little girl gets it back. Would definitely check in here next time. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable! Full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the room definite plus!"
