"We had a great stay at this hotel, our ground floor room was clean and quiet with good facilities. It was easy to get to from terminal 5 using the pods, they might be a little pricey for families though. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. We were particularly impressed with the team in the Aviator restaurant, who were exceptional, they were very helpful regarding our food allergies & nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant itself is spacious with a lovely view and great food....

"The Point A was a great basic hotel (but it had everything we needed) in a perfect location (Kensington). The lobby cafe was convienient (with a fresh, yummy menu), bright and welcoming. The rooms were small but very clean, technology friendly and quiet. Staff were always available and very helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of a big grocery store and the metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t need a full service hotel. Fabulous experience and great value! "

"Good location and clean… the kitchen staff was so very friendly and helpful… but the room was cold.. we asked for extra blankets and was given a hard time about it… eventually we got one… front desk put a sign on the locked door… back in 10-15 minutes… it was cold and rainy outside… we rang the bell and he got angry with us… but the rest was ok"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. So close to Paddington Station which made it convenient to get to from the airport and to get to other areas of London. Several dining options and many good coffee shops nearby. Our room was on the smaller side and the hallway was a narrow zig-zag... accessibility might be an issue depending on your needs. However, the hotel likely has better placed rooms that are more accessible."
