"Hotel Roberta itself to a tucked away on a side road and is not too prominently visible until you get closer. We had an uneventful check in and were able to get out to Vence Mestre station quickly. But we were warned at the station about returning too late on New Years eve. "Spent one night at this hotel before our flight back to the states. I chose it due to its proximity to the train station. It was a convenient walk but a little sketchy. The hotel is really a motel with a funky smell of curry in the upper floors. The check in was quick and easy. The reception gentlemen was direct but friendly. We literally only slept a few hours before our flight. The beds were ok for the quick nap. We all opted not to shower there because it didnt' look appealing. The...

"The hotel is located in convenient, safe and quiet area, close to public transport which takes you to Venice in about 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful, reliable and friendly. My room and all public areas were always clean. The breakfast was excellent, there was a wide variety of fresh foods, good coffee. This was my second stay in this hotel. "

"Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it."

"This smaller, older, clean, well maintained hotel is a good place to stay. Excellent staff who were very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours. Easy walking distance to train station. I found the firm pillows a bit hard, but really enjoyed this place. Would recommend & stay again."
