"nice quiet place, 4 minute walk to train station "

"Hotel is slightly misleading, when you enter the lobby it seems to give that "expensive" feeling but entering the room it seems very opposite. We had found our door already openeded, there was an odd smell from the bathroom, our light had a humming noise after being turned on for five minutes or so, similar to being in a ER room and hearing equipment on. There was a hole in our room, looked like someone had yanked the phone socket off the wall. Price to room seemed okay though I wouldn't say...

"Excellent hotel. Beyond my expectation. Clean, well-maintained facility, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, walkable to many good restaurants, convenient location to access train or bus to/from Venice main island, They also offer luggage storage. I like this hotel a lot!"

"Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it."

"Definitely they are in a good location, the bus #2 stop is in front of the hotel, 5 minutes from the train station. The same bus take you to the Venice canals, price is good to my standards, clean "
