"Unfortunately for the hotel and me I arrived as the heavens opened. This was compounded by there being no available hotel parking. On returning from public car park soaking wet I was told the dining room would not be opening. I had invited two guests and pre booked a table for three. No compensation was offered. The helpful receptionist got us into a nearby (excellent) Thai restaurant. The room was excellent."

"Great welcome. Manager/owner he was at the entrance to welcome us in as we got out the car and offered to carry bags which was lovely. Asked if we needed breakfast but we didnt as heading off early. Quirky rooms but all well decorated and tea/coffee, ironing board. Had air con and fan as a top floor hot room so good was there already. Only a one night stop over but would definitely recommend/ return in the future."

"We had a short (one night) stay but thought the hotel was great. We had free parking right outside our room which came with standard amenities and was spacious. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, just so accommodating.
