"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. "Our experience was perplexing from the start, with directions so inadequate that we had to ask the way. When we arrived I was attacked by geese at large in the grounds. Despite profuse apologies from the owner's wife, and the geese then confined to a wired pen, the owner said he wouldn't be lectured, walking away when I offered some advice on the facilities. "Lovely, quiet place to stay. Accommodation was clean and modern. Plenty of wood supplied for the log burner. Thank you to Jules & Chris for the wine and chocolates on arrival. Plenty to do in the area. A must is a walk through to the vineyard for some wine tasting (especially on a lovely sunny day). Ledbury and Malvern are close by and there are also a number of pubs and restaurants not too far away.Would highly recommend The Coach House and we will return if we come to the area again."

"No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! "
