"Apart from the location, which made it unsafe for me to walk the mile from the subway station (Carroll St) over the interstate pedestrian bridge back to the hotel at night, the hotel and its staff was great. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever seen and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and property/room very clean."

3.0 star property

"The hotel is good for the resonable price point. Its in the downtown Brooklyn area, which is convenient to everything shoopping, transportation, restaurants, and tourism. Im a native New Yorker that recently moved to NJ so i occasionally stay in the city. This hotel was clean however relatively small and the hallways and rooms slightly run down. The front desk employees were helpful when not busy. The only thing is even though the area is mostly gentrified at night there are alot bums and...

"These rooms need to be renovated badly. We walked in to a huge moisture stain on the bar, the glasses and mugs were all covered in dust as was the floor. Anything we dropped was covered in layers of dust, who knows when the last time it was mopped. The walls are scratched up and the floors badly stained. The shower was the worst - there’s visible mold on the floor, the shower heads were rusty and discolored. To make matters worse, there were gnats coming up and out from the floor drain, crawling...

"This hotel is such a gem! Tucked away on a residential street in Greenpoint, only a short walk from some walkable and shoppable thoroughfares in GP and Williamsburg. The studio I booked was beeeeautiful! So well appointed, stylish, luxurious even. The staff were warm and helpful and the property itself is in perfect condition. I’ll be back!"

"Good safe area, about a 5 minute walk to the subway, pretty convenient. Decently busy street at all hours, faces a high traffic road so you never really feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Hotel room was a little banged up, but in all the ways that matter (bed, tv shower, fridge, iron, even a microwave) it was solid, 4th floor was quiet. All around, you get what you pay for, which in NYC these days is excellent for a hotel especially considering how much every other establishment within...

Condor Brooklyn

"Pretty decent. There were conflicting messages about whether or not there was continental breakfast (there wasn't). When I checked in, I asked for late checkout, but this wasn't communicated with the rest of the staff. Therefore, on the day I was to checkout, I got a call saying I missed checkout and needed to leave immediately. I changed my plans and day and ended up just spending the entire time at the airport (not ideal). The front desk staff was friendly but overall I wouldn't say they were...
