"Lovely staff, gorgeous facilities, and a dream location. Very focused on wellness, lots of healthy food options, love the yoga mats and foam rollers in the room. It’s the only hotel in NYC where you can relax and forget you’re in the city for a bit. So calm and serene inside and out. The only slight downside is I think the spa is a bit overpriced for what it is, but that’s a hotel spa for you. "
