"We like to stay here when we come to town to see our son. It is clean and convenient. We stayed 2 nights and were disappointed the cleaning staff did not visit our room despite signaling with the lighted button. "

"The hotel and staff were OK, no complaints. The free parking on the property was a great plus. For some reason, people kept coming and going during the night, while talking either to each other or on the phone – and you can hear everything! This kept me awake half the night. The area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, but there’s a police station right across the street, which gave me great comfort. The room was clean, no unpleasant smells or broken furniture, etc."

"The person checking us in wasn’t that friendly. I’m used to someone welcoming you to the hotel when you’re being checked in .The hotel was clean and safe. The room is extremely small. I was only there for one night not sure I would stay here again due to the small room"

"Over all a good place to stay of you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. I stayed here during my trip to run the New York City Marathon. Early morning train access to the Staten Island ferry played an important roll in my decision to stay here. There's a nice park on the water a few blocks away. It's peaceful. This is my second time staying here for a running event. The whole area feels safe at night. It's a block away from the train station. "

"Offered free parking for 6 cars. Had a security guard. Sketchy facilites. Not clean. Offered nothing else extra, aside frol an atm and free parking was great. Late checkout came with an hourly charge. No bathroom products in bathroom. Towels were extremely thin. "

"This hostel is really convinient and safe. It has great dinning options with in walking distance abd close to public transportation. What makes it great is the staff, everyone was amazing."

"I reserved a non-smoking room. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I couldn't stay there. The girl at the front desk changed my room. The second room was nice and clean."
