"First to begin with, I got to NYC quite comfortably!! Then disaster stricks!! I book the hotel through Expedia at the last minute. That part went well with the customer service agent. But we had trouble finding this supposedly hotel, I was given the wrong street number for the place and here I am riding around this neighborhood at 1am in the morning to find this place after about two hours we finally found the this place. "The place is in a great location near the subway. Alot of stores and restaurants. This not a place for travelers it is better long term. However, it is not easy to get in, the smell of cigarettes, and old food. Needs a deep cleaning because there are roaches. Need to mindful of basics keeping toliet paper and better to keep sheets on the bed."

"Pretty decent. There were conflicting messages about whether or not there was continental breakfast (there wasn't). When I checked in, I asked for late checkout, but this wasn't communicated with the rest of the staff. Therefore, on the day I was to checkout, I got a call saying I missed checkout and needed to leave immediately.
