"We had a great stay, the valet boys were quick and helpful. Mr. Alex, the concierge, was very friendly and gave us all the information we could need while helping with our bags when checking in and out. The hotel was great for our two boys and the family suite was exactly what we wanted. "

"Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Appeared dated, could use some refreshing. There wasn't any utensils, cups and plates, or cooking items. No breakfast offered. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent value, if I am in the area again I would stay again."

"Good stay overall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was free, hot, and plentiful (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc…) The staff members were friendly. The property itself needs some TLC though. There were broken floor tiles, the fixtures in our room’s bathtub were loose, the door lock for one of the main floor restroom stalls was broken, and 3 of the 4 elevators were also broken. "Excellent hotel and property where we have stayed 2 times and will def stay again! Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms with full kitchens (1-bedroom suite is worth the extra cost!), good breakfast, easy parking (fairly expensive but par for the course at this location), the pool and pool room are awesome, walkable to Cle Clinic. They also have a dedicated shuttle for patients. Highly recommend! "
