"First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, over all the rooms are clean and everything else is nice. Our main complaint is the lighting in the room is always so dark! Even with every light and windows open. Also- it would be nice if breakfast was included. I like the restaurant option but I think the breakfast ends at 9:30"

"Great stay. Easy check in process and communication by text message. Rooms clean. We visited our son at Case Western which was down the street. Easy walk to Little Italy restaurants. We are staying again for graduation in May."

"The Fidelity Hotel is very well appointed. It has modern , elegant interiors fitting perfectly within the architecture of the building. It was a pleasure to stay there. "

"We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
