"We stopped overnight on our way to Le Shuttle. Huge room and bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed . Didn’t eat here since cannot comment. Didn’t have breakfast which we considered too expensive and instead went to M&S next door . Parking costs an extra £5 which I always find very annoying if I am booking a hotel. Receptionist in the evening was not very friendly which is why 4 stars but morning receptionist was very cheerful . "

"Very happy with our stay but the noise from other guests at the hotel shouting outside the lobby doors that went on until 3am kept us awake so that by morning we were exhausted from lack of sleep. Surely something can be done to stop this. It spoilt our stay."

"When I stayed here before it was excellent, this time it was good, the check in was as smooth and there appeared to be computer problems as they couldn't find my booking immediately. On check in they took the full amount from my card and also a further £60 , when i questioned why, I was told it was a deposit? Overnight parking is £12.50 which I thought was a bit expensive, especially when a guest .The facilities were decent with a bar and a limited food option menu. Breakfast was excellent...
