We booked the Cairn Hotel but our accommodation was in the Carlton Hotel over the road from the Cairn Hotel. There is a sports bar on the ground floor but it wasn't too noisy to cause us a problem just something to be aware of. "

"Perfectly situated in the town centre, close to bars, restaurants, right next door to the stand comedy club and just round the corner from the theatre royal. The rooms are modern and clean if not compact and bijoux. Check-in was fast and friendly. In summary great value for money and wonderfully located - would recommend and would stay again."
