"The host was very responsive and nice. The lounge was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was renovated and functional. The only reason I took one star off was because the bedrooms were facing out to a busy street, so had quite a lot of road noise, and the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great rental, and we have referred others to it."

"We are regular visitors to Warkworth . We stayed at the Blacksmiths this time and had a very-comfortable stay.Accommodation was comfortable, fantastic location. "We noticed on arrival a very bad smell in the kitchen - though the kitchen was not visibly dirty. We tried but did not manage to locate the source of the smell - but it put us off from cooking at the property. I did contact the property manager about this when we left. The rooms and accommodation were spacious and perfect for our stay visiting family. There was quite a lot of early morning foot fall noise from Above which woke everyone. And I dont think it was obvious from the booking site...
