"Staff were really friendly and helpful! Hotel is a little dated but if you look beyond this the good energy outweighs. Room was clean and nicely stocked with towels, coffee/tea and toiletries. Would recommend "

"Lovely hotel and stay after a bumpy start due to the tv not working and unable to get wifi but we were moved into a different room which was great and had a bigger bed. The member of staff was great and resolved the issue immediately "

"I didnt agree with paying for parking the staff were amazing and so friendly i also booked a room with a double bed and sofa bed but only had a room with double bed it was also quite noisy as lots of door banging But the breakfast was amazing and a great variety Not located either by a local shop "

"I made the mistake of attempting self check in as I hadn’t realized I could have gone into the bar where a human would have checked me in !!! What a fiddly thing to do . However . …. Excellent room , good service & really conveniently situated. "

"When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "
