"We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! "The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "After been there twice the communication is poor both times I questioned if there was an iron and nothing so I had to buy one "

"We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"I stayed at this property for Christmas.The house is stunning,beautiful furnishings in every single room and the carpets are so luxurious.Everything about this house is perfect everything we could have possibly needed was provided for us. Also some of the neighbours from a few of the other homes were so lovely and welcoming which i have never experienced when renting a short stay property which made the time spent there alot more realxed.We will definitely be renting this home again in the...

"Reservoir View are beautiful properties. We hired all 3 for a family 18th birthday get together and there was lots of space for everyone in our party. Gorgeous rooms with very comfortable beds and spotless bedding. We loved that there was plenty crockery and cutlery so we didn’t need to bring things between houses for there to be enough for everyone. "Positives: The house was large with nice grounds. There was a nice walk to the local pub. The bedrooms overall were nice. Technical issues: • The hot tub kept tripping the fuseboard. So we missed out on the tub on the Friday night. • A few more dishwashing tablets would have been helpful, as would bin bags • The outside staircase up to the building had large spaces between the bars, which is dangerous for small kids.
