"The hotel has a fantastic location right in the centre of the city, ideal for visiting Bath. The staff were all friendly and welcoming too. The room was a Superior Double and was fairly spacious and comfortable. However it was noisy, both from the room upstairs (sounded like someone was moving house!) and drunk people leaving bars, which went on until gone 3am. With some better sound proofing the hotel would be ideal! "

The TV channel selection was good compared to other places in our travels, which helps with children. Rooms were clean, however there was no soap provided to wash your hands in the room, which was inconvenient.
