The hotel should offer a free shuttle bus as they were already charging for parking. Also room wasn't sound proof plus heard doors being banged closed and felt the vibration if lying on the bed. The check in was slow but eventually got booked in after a couple of attempts. Was quite a journey from the airport, probably won't stay again.

Newly opened/refurbished Holiday Inn. Fakma on reception was very helpful and provided us with an upgraded room. Hotel seemed brand new with excellent facilities in the room, particularly impressed with the shower. Good base for Bristol Airport.

Overnight stop, excellent stay
We were booked for three but only got twin beds. They quickly sorted a new room for us. So Arf were excellent especially Ann Marie in the restaurant. They are still refurbishing the hotel but our executive room was really good
