"We stayed for one night as we travelled around Iceland. We stopped here after driving around the golden circle. The room was very nice and clean. We were quite disappointed to not have use of the spa included as the listing suggested it was included for the 2 of us to use it once during our stay. It was well located and a few minutes walk from a food hall with lots of options for an easy dinner after a tiring day. Breakfast was ok but the food wasn’t amazing. "

"Beautiful location and wonderful rooms! The staff was incredibly accommodating when our rental car had a flat tire. They helped us greatly by assisting us with pumping the tire and gave us directions to a local auto shop. Thank you!!"

"The room and bathroom were relatively small but worked for us. We did not like the hot tubs and they were not warm enough, only 38C. Sauna was ok. We enjoyed the breakfast, good selection and good coffee."

"We spent 3 nights at this cottage for exploring parts of the Golden Circle. The cottage was a perfect home away from home. It had the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The dining and living room areas were a decent size for a family of 4-6 people. The bunk bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. "The property location was excellent. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and, bathroom was clean and water pressure was perfect. The front desk staff was very courteous. Tea, coffee, cookies, water, juice, cake was there all the time for the guests. Breakfast was very good. The hot tub and sauna was available 24 hours which was so good and relaxing. The hotel being away from the ciry lights next to the mountains made the Northern lights view extra clear and special. Would love to stay there...

"Property was very outdated and carpets in hallway were stained & filthy, also kitchen was way under staffed, only 1 women trying to keep up entire dinning area by herself. This for the 3 nights I spent there."
