"The Hekla Cabins are three, wonderful little cabins just off one of the main roads through the area. The cabin comfortably fit two, but there's a pullout couch (at least in Cabin One) for an additional sleeper. The kitchen has a small fridge and a stovetop, and the bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water (WiFi was also available). "Loved the place! Super great location and setup. I was disappointed not all the bed had sheets and they forgot to give us a crib. Owner was quick to fix it. The gate is annoying, but it is an all of Iceland thing"

"The link with all of the information wasn't working, and the hot pot didn't get used because of the broken link. Otherwise, the location was perfect for the southeast part of the Golden Circle, it was an easy drive from the airport/capital, and we saw some excellent Northern lights from the deck! "
