We were 30min or less from all the major sightseeing destinations including waterfalls, craters, and several lagoons/thermal baths. "Our reservation was overlooked and our room was not ready and had to wait over an hour to have staff clean a room. Despite this, the stay was still very good with beautiful surroundings and a delicious breakfast. Would stay there again for sure. "

"This was one of my highlights of Iceland! Hakon was an excellent host and provided us a unique Icelandic experience and really interesting tour of the island. The yurts were beautifully decorated, super clean and warm and dinner was amazing! Would highly recommend! 😊"

The attached restaurant was closed for the season, but we knew that going in. Our room was nicely heated and the hot tub was filled and ready to go, which was nice. Comfortable cottage in the Golden Circle

"We stayed there two nights during road trip around Iceland. We were there in the first week of February, so very off season. The attached restaurant was closed for the season, but we knew that going in. Our room was nicely heated and the hot tub was filled and ready to go, which was nice. The cottage was comfortable with enough room for four adults and a decently equipped kitchen. It is located in the Golden Circle so it was easy to get to all the sites we wanted to see in the area. We would definitely stay there again"
