There are only 2 elevators and one kept breaking down; being on the 18th floor meant that was a hassle. Other than that, it was clean. Its right accross the street from the train station and there is a lot of construction right next to the hotel so it can be a bit loud. Adequate accommodation for the price and is walkable to various historic sites. "

Staff provide exceptional customer service (the best in Vietnam considering all hotels we stayed at). It included free breakfast and you can pick from couple options. Staff serving breakfast it’s amazing. If I come again to Hanoi I would stay at the same property just because of staff and their kindness. "
