"We traveled last minute and Jennie helped us to book a cruise to Halong Bay with less than 24 hours even before we arrived st the hotel. Jimmi was extremely helpful with all the excursions and very very kind. Very clean rooms and comfy bed. Perfect location, quiet street 5 mins away from the center. Wish we could have stayed more with them! Thanks Jimmi we had an Amazon experience!! "

"Our stay at La Nueva was exceptional! The entire staff made our stay, from greeting us outside the front door when we arrived to tea and snacks as we checked in. Friendly, so helpful and kind, and extremely accommodating! The food was excellent and the Sky Bar was beautiful. The wait staff felt like friends. The property was lovely and the rooms were just the right size plus had a great bathroom and shower. They arranged cars for us, had my son’s suit dry cleaned in a day, and even packed a breakfast for an early morning flight. Have never had such incredible service at a hotel and could tell they loved their jobs and working with guests from all over the world. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and look forward to going back someday. Thank you Jimmy and everyone there for making the trip for our son’s wedding practically perfect! "

"The location is convenient for transportation and shopping. It faces the main street, which is also convenient. Most of the last years staff left in this summer, which was inconvenient, but the old staff have returned. The layout of the reception has changed, which is a little inconvenient. Strangely, there are carp laid out at the entrance, but since it is not a biotope, I don't think they will last for many years."
