"Enjoyed our one night stay, however the restaurant displays a video on their menu while waiting to be seated and it is not the food you will be served. It showed how they hand make burger patties and when ordered I received a boxed premade patty. Not the same at all. Other than that it’s a great spot if flying to/from Toronto air port. "

"Stay met our needs. Staff friendly but only issues were parking, we had to park on top of the parking structure uncovered and it was really icy. Also restaurant breakfast was overpriced and not very tasty but the service was friendly."

"Parking was diffixult but staff tried to help with excellent customer service. Our pick up truck was dangerously close to the low parking garage at the hotel, having us then park on city parking. The silver lining was it was cheaper than holiday inns parking. However the staff was amazing. Loved their customer service "

"Staff and service were excellent. Breakfast buffet could have been warmer, but was good. The Smack burgers were very good, I should have gotten one to go upon checkout. The indoor pool & hot tub could have been warmer. The room was very nice and clean. The showers don’t pivot so may be uncomfortable for tall people."

"Water bottles are not provided all the time. Sometimes they are in the room and sometimes not. And sometimes they hand them to you at check in. Also chocolates. Same story. Housekeeping supervisor should be supervised. "
